The Rail - Strongsville: A Culinary Haven for Burger Lovers

Service was without a doubt 5 stars We waited for nothing. We didn't ask for anything twice. Honestly, I'm not sure if we asked for anything at all. She was so attentive that she fulfilled needs without being asked to do so. The appetizers were good, nice, hot, and timely. The apps were chicken nachos and mozzarella sticks The entrees were good except all fries were lukewarm at best. Literally the only thing wrong with this outing. The atmosphere was cool. They were busy and a bit crowded but it didn't hinder anything except the fries lol.

This is one of my husbands and I’s favorite places to go to eat for date night. We know we can go there and enjoy a delicious dinner and enjoy our time there. The waiters are always on top of things and work hard to make sure everything is right. The managers go around and check on the tables too. I love that they go above and beyond. The food is great too!

I like the industrial atmosphere inside of the place. My wife and I both got walleye fish frys. They were $20 a piece and maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from the Milwaukee area, but the three midsize pieces of walleye really didn't cut it. There could have been at least one more piece. I felt like I paid $5 for fish and 15 for french fries The waitress was attentive and pleasant.

Everything was amazing. Our server was cool, she was quick with our drinks and food, and attentive. The food was delicious. We were halfway outside and it was nice. No bugs. 10/10

My husband and I were in the area and wanted to try a restaurant that was new and fresh to us. The experience was absolutely wonderful. The energy and the customer service from the staff all around was just right on. A special shout out to our waitress and the manager. Its been a long time since Ive seen management get in there and work with the staff, assit in delivering food, walk the area and talk to the customers. We had fun! Lastly, our waitress, was unforgettable, lovely, and and a beautiful spirit! Lets not forget the food. We've been to this place two weekends in a row and ordered differently each time. The food was delivered quickly and hot. Burgers the first time, and the second time, shrimp tacos and the salmon entre. Each meal cooked to perfection! Hey, we need you to open a Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar on the Eastside. Try downtown Willoughby, Mentor, or Painesville! We'll be back!

1st time here, and the food was amazingly delicious , I had the chicken tenders came with fries and coleslaw plus 4 different sauces and ketchup.. This place has to one of my favorite now. My wife had the BBQ chicken salad and I'm not a big salad eater but there's was one of the best I've had. And Paul was our server at the bar, stand up guy very kind and was on top of everything!! Thanks we'll be back...

We popped in for a quick brunch before our running around for the day and had another great experience! We love The Rail! The atmosphere is laid back, and the food and drinks are always consistently good. We started off with a Grapefruit Paloma and an Ohio Iced Coffee, then had the Sweet Potato Hash and The Standard for brunch. Everything was delicious! We’ll definitely be back again.

First time in, place looks nice, it was clean and had an open air feel, garage doors open and had nice outdoor seating. The food was good and the service great.
